Ok so as everyone(not all though haha!) i am on a slim down workout diet :) , Yes though i weight 64 kg, i Don't feel like thats me at all i want to fit to my tight jean again(which i was at like 59 kg) So i have try to stay away from food i don't mean to starve myself but to control with my eating disorder! it has been 3 days since i started that routine diet :)
and now everyday at my Drama practice i am going for a small work out at the Auditorium when we are having a break :) and i hope my friends can support me :D

This exercise is recommended for everybody!
its called the world fastest workout 4 minutes! ( its So effective your metabolism can react for 36 hours! now work with me! :D)
1)Squat Trust- 20 Seconds
~ Put your hands up and then drop it down on the floor into a push up position and take a push up and do it all again.
2) Rest 10 second
3)Mountain Climber -20 seconds
~As if you are climbing the mountain by thrusting your feet bending and straight in a push up position
4)Rest 10 seconds
5)High knees - 20 seconds
~As if your running except in the same place with your knee putting it up high
6)Rest 10 second
7) jumping jacks - 20 seconds
~hands and feet open and close
8)Rest 10 seconds
Do it all over again!
So now Do it! :D They say a week is enough to drop alot by tomorrow i will post you the "500 calorie burn fast" haha!
